The Board was informed by Mr. (Entity One), Director of the company that Mr. (Entity Two) shall not be his representative in India with immediate effect in his Place Mr. (Entity Three with address) will be his representative in India with Immediate effect. The Board Further discussed that due to this change the Authorized Signatory for Current A/c No. in Bank, Delhi shall also be changed and Mr. (Entity Three) shall be appointed as Authorized Signatory in Place of Mr. (Entity Two). The following Resolution was passed in this regard.

"RESOLVED THAT in supersession of earlier resolutions passed in relation to operation of Current Account Number A/c No. 123456789 in Bank, Delhi in the name of M/s ABCD Company Pvt. Ltd., Mr. (Entity Three) be and is hereby shall be the Authorized Signatory in place of Mr. (Entity Two) along with Mr. (Entity Four), Director to sign and execute all the necessary documents to operate the said Account and Mode of operation will be any two jointly.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr. (Entity Four), Director be and is hereby authorized to serve a copy of this resolution with the said bank and to do any other acts, things, deeds to give effect to the above mentioned resolution.”
