Sample Certificate of Existence for a Pensioner to submit to bank to continue availing pension through bank account
Indian Pension formalities require annual pension certificate of existence of a pension holder to submit to bank to proof their survival which is a mandatory requirements for pension continuity and prevent fraudulent activity.
The below mentioned certificate of existence Form should be signed by the Annuitant (i.e. a pension holder/legal entity of an expired pension holder) and to be attested by any of the followings:
